Option 1: Short & Focused

Processing & Delivery Your order will be processed in 2–5 business days. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.

South/Rural 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75 NZD within NZ.

  • Local Palmerston North orders can be organized to be dropped off that same day or the following..

Returns & Support

  • No returns for change of mind (for hygiene reasons).

  • For damaged/faulty items, email us at sagelaneskin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • Lost/Missing Parcels: Once dispatched, please contact your local postal service for assistance.

  • Sensitivities: Discontinue use if irritation occurs. While we cannot process returns for reactions, please contact us if you need help.

Shipping Summary Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. You'll get your tracking number upon dispatch.
