SAGE LANE - Sage Lane represents a path to confidence, balance and natural beauty. The word SAGE embodies both wisdom and the healing power of nature, while LANE reflects a journey - one that is personal, evolving and unique to every individual. The different shades of green woven into our brand symbolise growth, renewal, and the many stages of that journey. Just as the colour green shifts and deepens in the nature, Sage Lane honours the different seasons of your skin and your story.

Mikyah Wihongi

Kia Ora, I am the founder and co-owner of Sage Lane Skincare. I grew up in Palmerston North, Aotearoa.
Wanting to be an entrepreneur has always been about more than just building a business, it’s been about growth, resilience, and creating opportunities. My first venture, owning a small cleaning business, taught me discipline, independence, and the determination to succeed, even when the path wasn’t easy. Those lessons became the foundation for everything that came next.

From there, my journey led me to create Sage Lane. Born out of a lifelong struggle with eczema and the constant challenge of finding skincare that wouldn’t irritate or inflame my skin, Sage Lane is deeply personal to me. I wanted to build more than just another beauty brand,I wanted to create skincare that people could trust, no matter how sensitive their skin might be.

Our mission is to craft skincare that is both luxurious and gentle, especially for those with sensitive skin. By blending modern science with time-honoured, naturally derived ingredients, each product is thoughtfully formulated to hydrate, soothe, and enhance your skin’s natural radiance.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind - Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Items - For order inquiries, contact us at sagelaneskin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with: Your order number, Photos of the item and packaging. A brief description of the issue and we will offer a refund where appropriate.

Lost or Missing Parcels - Once your order has been dispatched and is in the care of the postal service, it is no longer within our control. If your package is delayed, misplaced, or lost, we kindly recommend reaching out to your local postal office for further assistance.

Product Sensitivities -Our products are made with high-quality, carefully selected ingredients. However, if you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. We cannot accept returns for reactions, but please get in touch — we care deeply about your experience and will do our best to assist.
